Return & Refund Policy for Collectible Goods

At OmniSource Games, we take pride in providing high-quality collectible items that meet our customers’ expectations for authenticity and condition. Because collectibles often hold unique, limited, or irreplaceable value, our return and refund policy ensures fairness while preserving the integrity of every item we sell.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged during shipping or significantly different from its description or listing photos.

  • The return request is made within [7–14 days] of delivery (depending on your preferred policy).

  • The item is returned in the same condition as delivered, with all original documentation, certificates, packaging, and protective cases intact.

Please note:
Due to the nature and uniqueness of collectibles, we do not generally accept returns based on buyer’s remorse or a change of mind.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or commissioned pieces

  • Graded cards, comics, or collectibles that have been unsealed or tampered with

  • Authentication certificates once detached or altered

  • Items sold “as-is” or marked “final sale” at checkout

Reporting a Problem

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Return Shipping

  • Do not send items back without authorization, as we cannot guarantee a refund.

  • In most cases:

    • We cover return shipping for items damaged or misdescribed.

    • The buyer covers return costs for all other approved returns.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
